Backstage Unleashed: A hands-on workshop for building developer portals
This technical workshop aims to build developer portals using Backstage. Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in utilizing the capabilities of Backstage to enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows.
In this workshop, we will delve into the development of Plugins and their integration into the Backstage ecosystem. Additionally, we will focus on the creation of Templates for the Software catalog, as well as provide hands-on experience with Janus’ Golden Path Templates.
Attendees will also get the opportunity to experience how seamless it is to set up an instance of Backstage on a Kubernetes cluster by deploying the Backstage Helm Chart.
